Fernando Romero Belismelis

An executive with over 25 years of experience at Grupo Romero, where he has held CEO, director, and board chairman positions in various companies. He was general manager of the fuels unit at Romero Trading and led the acquisition of Shell's service station network in Peru in 2004, founding PRIMAX. He later led PRIMAX’s expansion in Ecuador and Colombia through the acquisition of Shell, Repsol, and PECSA networks. He is currently chairman of PRIMAX in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador, and a director at Pesquera Centinela, Equilibra, Investment & Cia S.A., Maray S.A., and Agroindustrias Romex. Fernando holds a degree in Business Administration from Providence College (USA) and an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico.
