Fernando Romero Belismelis

Mr. Romero has served as a Director of Alicorp S.A.A. since March 2025.
Mr. Romero is an executive with more than 25 years of experience at Grupo Romero, where he has held chief executive officer, director, and board chairman positions across several companies.
He previously served as General Manager of the fuels business at Romero Trading and led the acquisition of Shell’s service station network in Peru in 2004, which resulted in the creation of Primax. He later led Primax’s expansion into Ecuador and Colombia through acquisitions of Shell, Repsol, and Pecsa service station networks.
Mr. Romero currently serves as Chairman of Primax in Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador and as a director of Pesquera Centinela, Equilibra, Investment & Cia S.A., Maray S.A., and Agroindustrias Romex. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Providence College (United States) and an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).
