Javier Rota Baguer

A professional with over 20 years of experience. Javier joined the company in 2003. His experience includes various positions in trade marketing, becoming Marketing Director in 2013. In 2018, he was appointed Business Director for the Southern Cone, leading the Argentina team. In 2019, he returned to Peru to lead Intradevco and, in 2020, took over as Director of the Home Care platform. In 2021, he moved to Alicorp Bolivia as Country Manager, and since June 2023, he has held his current position. Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima and an MBA from EGADE Business School (Mexico).
