Lima, October 30, 2025. – Alicorp released its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, showing strong performance in its B2B (Alicorp Soluciones) and Aquaculture (Vitapro) businesses.
In the third quarter of the year, the company's consolidated sales reached S/3,123 million, a 14% increase compared to the results recorded in Q3 2024. Additionally, adjusted gross profit was S/798 million, 6% higher than the same period last year. This growth was primarily driven by the solid performance of the Vitapro business, as well as the positive results of Alicorp Soluciones following the acquisition of Refinería del Espino. Adjusted EBITDA reached S/467 million, reflecting an 8% growth compared to the prior-year quarter.
Quarterly Results by Business Unit
Consumer Goods Peru achieved an adjusted gross profit of S/395 million, up 2% compared to Q3 2024. These figures reflect the contribution of Refinería del Espino, as well as growth in key categories such as detergents and sauces, demonstrating consumer relevance and preference. Among the fastest-growing brands were AlaCena and Don Vittorio. Adjusted EBITDA was S/207 million, 6% lower than the same period last year, resulting from investments made in communication initiatives and the go-to-market model.
Regarding the International Business, adjusted gross profit was S/53 million, 47% lower than in Q3 2024. This result primarily reflects the complex macroeconomic context in Bolivia, marked by high inflation, limited access to foreign currency, and exchange rate volatility. In response to this scenario, the company has been taking measures to mitigate these factors. On the other hand, gross profit per ton grew by 3% in Ecuador and 11% in Other Geographies. As a result, adjusted EBITDA was S/10 million.
The B2B business (Alicorp Soluciones) reached an adjusted gross profit of S/188 million, representing a 24% increase compared to the same period last year, mainly due to the incorporation of Refinería del Espino. Additionally, Alicorp has been implementing a series of portfolio initiatives to continue developing its target segments. Adjusted EBITDA reached S/124 million, 26% higher than in Q3 2024.
Finally, the Vitapro business (aquaculture feed) recorded an adjusted gross profit of S/162 million, representing a 45% growth compared to Q3 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was S/127 million, 64% higher than the same period last year. These figures reflect the stability of the shrimp and fish markets. In this context, the business continues to advance in generating shared value with its customers in both Ecuador and Chile.
