Annual Results by Business Unit
Consumer Goods Peru achieved a Gross Profit of S/1,518 million, representing a 1% growth compared to the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to S/808 million, reflecting strategic decisions aimed at strengthening its competitive position in a demanding environment. These actions were partially offset by the outstanding performance of categories such as sauces, where value-driven initiatives were promoted—including the relaunch of the AlaCena brand—reaffirming the strength of its portfolio.
As for the International Consumer Goods business, it recorded S/223 million in Gross Profit and an Adjusted EBITDA of S/37 million. While these results have incorporated Jabonería Wilson since October 2025, the business in Bolivia continued to face challenges due to the macroeconomic context and exchange rate effects. Despite this environment, the Bolivian operation remains resilient, maintaining leadership in key categories.
B2B (Alicorp Soluciones) obtained a Gross Profit of S/695 million, 16% more than at the close of 2024, while its Adjusted EBITDA grew by 13%, closing 2025 at S/428 million.
