We're launching a new training cycle through our "Pots that Develop" program. This year, our initiative will directly impact 30 soup kitchens, reaffirming our commitment to the well-being of the most vulnerable communities.

In addition to the training, we will also deliver more than 330,000 food rations, benefiting more than 2,000 people who depend on these important community organizations.

"Pots that Develop" was launched in May 2022 as a strategic initiative in partnership with the NGO Juguete Pendiente. Our fundamental purpose is to comprehensively strengthen community kitchens, empower their valuable leaders, and foster the development of entrepreneurial ventures that allow them to support the Peruvians most affected by food insecurity on a daily basis.

Through specialized training in leadership, team building, accounting, and finance, we seek to strengthen their knowledge and management skills, thus contributing to the self-sustainability of their initiatives. Additionally, we will facilitate donations of essential items and equipment, including utensils and equipment necessary for the proper operation of each soup kitchen.

This effort is possible thanks to the collaboration with strategic partners such as Juguete Pendiente, the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, Banco de Crédito BCP, the Belcorp Foundation, Mibanco, and Primax Gas. Together, we share the vision of empowering the leaders of these organizations, enabling them to maintain and improve the operation of the soup kitchens in a sustainable, long-term manner.

It's worth noting that this program has been training more than 1,200 soup kitchen leaders and impacting the lives of more than 42,000 people for the fourth consecutive year, confirming the company's commitment to Feeding a Better Tomorrow.
