(hereinafter, “Alicorp”), located at Avenida Argentina 4793, Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, Callao; values ​​its customers and users of this website (hereinafter “users” and “website”, respectively) and is committed to protecting their privacy. As part of this commitment, we have developed this privacy policy (hereinafter, the “privacy policy”) that describes the way in which Alicorp will treat information that qualifies as personal data of users.

I. Information we collect

1. Alicorp only collects information from Users or their representatives that is necessary to provide the services offered on the website, in accordance with the details indicated in point IV of this privacy policy.
2. Users of the website can be legal entities or natural persons with a business. The data of the representatives or contact persons of the legal entity users are not under the scope of application of Law 29733, personal data protection law (hereinafter, “LPDP”); and supreme decree 3-2013-JUS, regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law (hereinafter, “RLPDP”).
3. Regarding natural persons with a business and natural persons representing legal entities, we collect the following information: name, D.N.I., RUC, address, telephone, email and country/region of residence. In the case of applicants for employment opportunities, labor and professional information is also collected (education, previous jobs, experience).
4. All information provided must be true, complete and accurate. Each User is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the information provided.
5. In the case of some customers who opt for direct pickup of the food products they purchase from Alicorp through authorized carriers, we will collect geolocation information, name and surname of the carrier, vehicle license plate and ID. It must be taken into account that this information is collected within the framework of the contractual relationship with clients.

II. We store your information securely

1. Alicorp has adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal information, as well as to avoid any improper manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties to this information. Only authorized people will be able to access your information.
2. The information will be treated with the degree of protection legally required to guarantee its security and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
3. All authorized persons who do not belong to Alicorp and who have access to the information will do so guaranteeing security and confidentiality, and only for the purposes provided for in this policy.

III. Incorporation of user information into the Alicorp database and retention period

The personal information provided by natural persons will be stored in the following data banks, according to the specific case:

Personal data will be kept for as long as the user or client maintains a relationship with Alicorp and, after the end of this relationship, it will be kept for a total of ten (10) years. After this time they will be eliminated.

IV. Purposes of the information

The data that is freely provided will be processed for the following purposes, strictly related to the services that users request and receive through the website and with clients:

1. Provide the products purchased by the user and customers.
2. Transfer the user's data to the distributor with whom they will contract so that they can execute the relationship they generate.
3. Respond to and process registration requests, complaints or queries from users.
4. Respond to and process requests for job opportunities.
5. Attend and process supplier requests.
6. Sending our newsletter and events, in cases where the user has subscribed through the corresponding online form.
7. Manage applicable contests and promotions as a user, if applicable. Inform about the winners of prizes, promotions, contests and/or raffles held.
8. Manage and administer satisfaction surveys, market studies or commercial and statistical research, directly linked to the services provided through the website.
9. In the case of clients who opt for direct collection of the food products they purchase from Alicorp through authorized carriers, the data collected, and detailed in section I.4 of this document, will be used for the execution of the contractual relationship. .

V. Access and transfer

To process the information provided, Alicorp will use various managers located in Peru, specifically for customer service tasks (contact center), selection processes (applicants for employment opportunities) and attention to the company's ethical line.

We may also provide information to public administration bodies and competent authorities if we are required to do so under obligations established by law. In some cases, we must also provide your personal information to the aforementioned entities in order to carry out a legal, judicial and/or administrative process, in accordance with the law.

VI. Queries or complaints and arch rights

Users can send a communication to atencionconsumidor@alicorp.com.pe with the reference: "queries or complaints", in order to be able to consult or file a complaint. This only applies to legal entities.

In the case of natural persons, they have recognized and may exercise the rights of access and information, rectification, updating and inclusion, cancellation or deletion and opposition to their personal information, and to oppose its processing.

VII. Use of the Alicorp website and information of minors

This website is for adult use only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18 years of age.
