Video Surveillance Informative Clause

Alicorp S.A.A (hereinafter “Alicorp”), located at Avenida Argentina 4793, Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, Callao; informs the user that, in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data and other complementary provisions, you expressly grant authorization to Alicorp to process and use personal data under the following conditions.

Purpose, mandatory personal data and consequences of not providing information

Alicorp informs the user that the collection and personal processing provided is necessary for the following purposes:

1. Provide security in our company facilities (property, physical and personal security).
2. Investigation of incidents or accidents that occurred at our company facilities
3. Access control of people who enter our premises.

The data necessary to be able to fulfill the above purposes is the user's image. If this information is not provided, Alicorp will not be able to provide the above purposes to the user.

Recipients and transfers

Alicorp informs the user that the personal data provided will be transferred to third companies and various processors, according to the List of Third Parties and Processors described in Annex 1.

Databank

The personal data that the user provides will be stored in the database called “video surveillance”, which is registered with the code 04206.

Conservation period

Alicorp, third parties and data processors may use, preserve and process user information for a period of 30 calendar days.

Arch Rights

The user may direct their request to exercise their rights by sending the form for the exercise of arco rights that can be downloaded from our website and presented at the administrative headquarters of Alicorp, located at Avenida Argentina 4793, Carmen de la Legua Reynoso, Callao, at the time established for the attention to the public.
