Chief Executive Officer of Alicorp since October 2015.

Previously, he served as CEO of Grupo Romero Corporation from January 2014 to May 2015, Corporate Vice President of Finance at Alicorp from July 2005 to December 2013 and Director of Investment Banking at Citibank from August 1998 to June 2005.

Mr. Pérez is an Economist from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru) and has a Master's in Business Administration from Wharton Business School.

Commercial Vice President of Consumer Goods Peru & Commercial CoE of Consumer Goods since June 2023. 

He joined the company in 2017 as General Manager of Global Alimentos. In 2018 he was appointed as Country Manager in Brazil and later in 2019 as Country Manager Mercosur (Brazil & Argentina). In 2022, he returned to Peru as Commercial Director of Consumer Goods.

Prior to joining Alicorp, he served as Country Manager in AJE Group, Commercial Director in Millicom International Cellular and Commercial Manager in ABInbev.

Mr. Hidalgo holds a bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima (Peru) and an MBA from Business School Sao Paulo (Brazil). 

Marketing Vice President of Consumer Goods Peru & Marketing CoE of Consumer Goods since June 2023. 

He joined the company in 2007 as Brand Manager. In 2014 he was appointed as Marketing Director and in 2017 as Head of Marketing and Sales in Alicorp Brazil. In 2019 he led the creation of Alicorp’s Corporate Innovation Lab, where he developed and launched the company’s new hair care brand. In 2021 he assumed the role of Regional Managing Director of Marketing and Innovation and then was appointed as Managing Director of Financial Planning, Costs, Efficiencies and Investor Relations in 2023.

He started his career at Tottus, a leading retailer in LATAM, part of the Falabella Corporation.

Mr. Rojas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima (Peru) and an MBA from EGADE Business School (Mexico).

Javier Rota serves as Vice President of Bolivia and International Businesses since June 2023.

He joined the company 20 years ago as Brand Manager. In 2013 he was appointed as Marketing Manager and then become Director, until 2018, when he was appointed as Business Director for the Southern Cone, leading the Argentinian team.

In 2019 he returned to Peru to assume the leadership of Intradevco and since 2020 he served as Home Care Managing Director. 

Prior to his current role he was Country Manager of Alicorp Bolivia since September 2021.

Mr. Rota holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima (Peru) and an MBA from EGADE Business School (Mexico).

General Manager of Vitapro since April 2016 and part of the Board of Directors of Pana Group since 2019 and Vistage since 2022.

He previously served as Vice President of Alicorp Soluciones (B2B) from August 2011 to March 2016, Vice President of Marketing Consumer Goods Peru from July 2009 to July 2011 and Marketing Manager at Alicorp from 2002 to June 2009.

Mr. Carrillo holds a bachelor in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingienería (Peru) and has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).

Mr. Estrada has been a member of Alicorp’s executive team since May 2017 in the role of Vice President. He joined the company following a 30-year career in Cargill.

Mr. Estrada leads our corporate commodity purchasing and associated risk management activities. He is also responsible for the Alicorp Soluciones (Food Service, Bakery, Industrial Clients) and the Crushing business in Bolivia. 

Mr. Estrada holds an Economics degree from the Universidad de Lima (Peru).

Vice President of Supply Chain since January 2021.

Previously he served as Corporate Vice President of Planning, Distribution, Procurement and Foreign Trade in 2020, Vice President of Alicorp Soluciones (B2B) from 2016 to July 2020, Director of Food Service and Industrial Clients from 2013 to April 2016, Director of Food Service from 2011 to December 2012 and Director of New Business Development from 2009 to March 2011. He also served as Latin America Regional Operations Manager, at Starbucks, from 2006 to 2009.

Mr. Stern is a Business Administrator from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru) and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flager Business School (USA).

Vice President of Corporate Affairs of Alicorp since March 2018.

Previously she served as Senior Director of Corporate Affairs at Llorente & Cuenca, a leading consultant in Latin America, Spain and Portugal in reputational management, communication and public relations. Prior to that, he was part of the Backus - AB Inbev team for 25 years where she was responsible for sustainability, reputation and corporate affairs strategies. Additionally, she led the Backus Foundation, implementing the company's social investment strategy.

Mrs. Morales has a degree in Education from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a specialization in Business Management from the Universidad Politéctina de Cataluña (Spain) and a specialization in Marketing from the Universidad de Piura (Peru).

Paola Ruchman serves as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources since August 2013 and Chief of Staff of Alicorp since June 2020.

Prior to her current role she served as Director of Consumer Knowledge from 2007 to 2013 at Alicorp and as a Account Manager since 1999 until 2007 at Ipsos Apoyo, an international firm of market research and consultancy. 

Ms. Ruchman holds a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico (Peru) and a Master's Degree in Communications from the University of Southern California (USA).

Corporate Vice President of Finance and Transformation since January 2022.

He started his career at Credit Suisse in Lima and New York. Afterwards, he took up office as Head of M&A at Grupo Romero Investment Office, where he led the acquisitions of Exxon Mobil Colombia and IGASA, and the sale of Tramarsa Flota. He then became VP of Finance, IT & Business Development at Primax Colombia, where he led the company´s strategy, the first ordinary bond issuance and the entry into the retail market in Colombia. He joined Alicorp in 2021 as Director of Corporate Finance.

Mr. Romero has a double bachelor's degree in Economics and Mechanical Engineering, both from MIT (USA), and a master's degree in Business Administration from Standford School of Business (USA).
